Two audiences. One artifact set.
Memory for humans. Clarity for agents.
Marketing now serves humans who must remember you AND AI agents who must understand you. ArchonDev produces both halves: agent-legible artifacts and human-memorable artifacts, anchored to a living truth layer that every other command reads from.
The Two Sides
Both run from the same source — your truth-layer.md
Agent side — clarity
archon geo identity— 7-word + 50-word + businessContext + audienceContextarchon geo schema— Organization + Service + WebSite JSON-LDarchon geo faq— FAQPage with 18-token sentence validationarchon geo claims— atomic claims (≤18 tokens each)archon geo audit— surface walk (homepage, pricing, docs, comparison, integrations, customer stories, changelog, blog) with aggregate coherence + invisible loss scenarios + ranked fixesarchon geo washing-audit— find unsupported AI claims, produce defensible rewrites
Human side — memory
archon brand memory-map— pressure-tests what humans remember vs. what you wish- Competitor test: could any competitor say this?
- Abstraction test: name the specific moment, not the claim
- Single-sentence test: "Find me the one that ___" — can a buyer instruct an agent to land on you?
archon truth-layer init— the living claims-and-evidence artifact both sides read fromarchon truth-layer audit— gap-detect against public surfaces
Why this matters
Buyers increasingly route comparisons through AI assistants
By 2028, ninety percent of B2B buying is projected to be intermediated by AI agents (Gartner, 2026). Roughly a third of B2B software buyers report buying from a vendor they had never heard of before an AI assistant surfaced it. If your public surfaces are vague, the agent flattens you into the category mean and the deal goes to whoever the agent built a better map of.
The fix is not better persuasion. It is legibility — dense, structured, internally consistent, supported by evidence that can be cited — paired with human memory specific enough to survive compression. ArchonDev produces both, from the same source.

ArchonDev's own truth layer is public
ArchonDev runs its own audits on itself. The truth layer that backs every claim on this site lives in the repo at .archon/truth-layer.md. If a claim on this site is not in the truth layer with evidence, it is a bug — please file an issue.
